"Watch John Thorburn’s “Intro to Color” illustrated presentation of color fundamentals including color in light, color appearance, and color vision. John provides a brief overview of color temperature and warm/cool contrast from the points of view of physics, art instruction, and gray balance in print. The video concludes with a presentation of the CIELab or “Lab” color appearance model, as it relates to color opponency, and as it is used as a predictor of color appearance in color management for print.
